Beyond civilization, it is therefore even more important to be on the road with reliable equipment that can handle the material stress associated with it and just endure without failing, because it can be vital to stay mobile, always moving, and independent to minimize the risk for yourself as much as possible.

This Wunderlich ULTIMATE PRO Engine Protection Bar is specifically designed for adventure riding.

It reliably protects not only the cylinders and valve covers but also both lambda sensors. The comprehensive protection concept increases passive safety and thus the joy of riding. In the event of a fall or accident, the forces acting are optimally distributed over the protection bar structure to the load-bearing mounting points, so that peak forces and moments are avoided and material stress is effectively reduced. Compared to the ULTIMATE Engine Protection Bar, the ULTIMATE PRO features an additional filler plate that further enhances the protective effect.

The additional, four-times welded PROtection plate of the PRO version made of stainless steel has a solid (and conspicuous) component thickness of three millimeters. It has cutouts, stiffens the tube structure of the engine protection bar, and simultaneously extends the immediate protection for the cylinder head and valve cover. Cutouts not only emphasize the tool design in the adventure look, but they also allow water to drain directly after water crossings.

The engine protection bar structure is made of 25-millimeter precision stainless steel tubing. The tube segments are formed on CNC tube bending machines and then cleanly welded. Visually, the protection bar integrates into the design of the motorcycle and fits into the distinctive appearance.
