If you choose to cancel your order, the refund policy is as follows:
SECTION 1 - ORDER CANCELLATION

If the product/order is yet to ship:
- If the payment was made through a payment gateway, the refund will be issued after deduction of 2.36% bank charges (For EMI transactions, it will be 6.49%). The payment takes 5–7 days to reflect. For payments made through instruments other than UPI, Debit card or Credit card (e.g., pay later, EMI, etc.), the deductible transaction charges will be 6.49%.
- If a store credit is chosen, a coupon will be issued for the full amount of the product and its associated shipping.
SECTION 2 - POST-DELIVERY RETURNS

If the product has already reached the destination and the customer wants to return the product:
We can issue a refund as long as we receive the product in its original packaging without any damages (scratches, paint chips, etc.). The return shipping will be borne by the customer. The refund is issued once the product is received and checked. In case of damages, we can ship the product back or adjust the refund amount.
- If the payment was made through a payment gateway, the refund will be issued after deduction of 2.36% bank charges. If the customer availed of free shipping, the shipping cost shall also be deducted. The payment takes 5–7 days to reflect. - If you choose to take a store credit, you will be issued a coupon for the full amount of the product (excluding shipping amount). If the customer availed of free shipping, the shipping cost shall also be deducted from the store credit.
SECTION 3 - CUSTOM ORDERS
In case the order placed is a custom order and a part is specifically being brought in, no refund shall be applicable as the order cannot be cancelled.
Our policy lasts up to 5 days from the date of delivery depending on the product type. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please mandatorily fill out this return form BEFORE you send the product back to us: RETURN FORM.

SECTION 4 - RETURN EXCLUSIONS
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Anything missing from the package (price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories)
- Pre-order / custom made products
- Hygiene related items
SECTION 5 - REFUND & SHIPPING
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount (minus administrative fees) will be credited to your **original method of payment or store credit** within 10 business days. This period is variable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company.
- Next contact your bank.

Shipping & Exchanges
Shipping (Returns): You are responsible for paying the **shipping costs for returning your item**. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; **sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged**.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are **defective, damaged, or you are facing an issue with size**. For exchanges, email us at customercare@bikenbiker.com.
